Timothy is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Investment Advisor affiliated to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants, he has over thirteen years’ experience in financial services industry managing over ZMW1.9 billion asset portfolio size, he brings on board proven experience in Investment strategy formulation, financial management, risk assessment and mitigation. He is a focused strategic leader motivated through service delivery. 

Timothy joined Nkwazi Coop in 2020 as a senior accountant and assume the General Manager role in May 2021. He is dedicated to developing the Cooperative business strategies, improving efficiency and profitability.  

Mr. David Mwamba

Senior Accountant

Student, BSc Accounting & Finance  

David has over 15 years extensive experience in Customer Service Management, Credit Management, Financial Management and Accounting in both financial and non-financial sectors.  

He is a member of both the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and Zambia Institute of Banking and Financial Services and currently pursuing studies in Accounting and Finance at the ZCAS University.  

David is a sober character, Self-motivated and self-supervised and enjoys team play and make a good leader. Joined Nkwazi Coop in 2011.

Audrey Nakazwe Bwalya

Audrey is a seasoned Accountant with over 7 years work experience both in government and non-governmental Organisation in effective management of payables and receivables, financial reporting, financial records maintenance support and in optimum application of donor rules and accounting standards.

she has a strong academic background, keeps herself abreast with prevailing accounting practices and is endowed with unique personal attributes that enable her to easily adapt to new environments and pick up with her great performance. Joined Nkwazi Coop in 2021.

Caroline holds a Bachelors of Arts (BA) in Public Administration from the University of Zambia. She has a strong passion for working with others to obtain a common goal.

 She joined Nkwazi Coop in 2016 as Administrative Assistant, then later served as Customer Experience Advisor and now currently holding the job title of Credit Officer. During her tenure as Customer Experience Advisor, she demonstrated great customer care experience and was thus presented an award for the continued hard work and tireless effort in contributing towards achievement of organisational goals.

Jane Malama Munangu

Customer Experience Advisor

Advanced Diploma, Business Management Jane Joined Nkwazi Coop in 2021 as a Customer Experience Advisor. She is excellent at interacting with people and a quick learner. she holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management under ABMA. Her excellent communication skills and participatory working style enabled her to effectively adapt to the various multicultural work environments including the Nkwazi setting.

Mr. Enock Mwata

Enock Mwata Joined Nkwazi Cooperative in 2008 as a security personnel, he has over the past 13 years with the cooperative demostrated total committement and dedication to serving the cooperative and its members with tireless efforts. With continous efforts for career advancement he is determined to complete his studies.

He is currently occupying the position of General Service Assistant.
